“Dr. John Brian Lim and his amazing staff are the best. We have been with Health Texas for many years. Whenever we have a problem or an emergency I know we can reach out to Dr. Lim and his staff. “Hi my name is Jeff and I have been going to this clinic since it was on Austin hwy in 2010, back then they were open from 9:30 to 6:pm that day was the best day of my life, after my children lol I met a man who would become the only doctor that I would ever trust with my life I didn't know it then at the time Dr L that's what I called him and I got to know his wife and the staff,I had the privilege to call him a friend now he was my doctor he got to know me and I got to know him throughout the years and then covid hit that was hard I lost the only doctor I ever trusted but after a few months his daughter Dr Jessica took over and I've been getting to know her and she's been getting to know me I trust her with my life she's caring kind considerate will work with you even when you mess up just like Dr L she and the staff at work with me even when I mess up they care about their patients not patience I should say but they treat you more like family sometimes you agree and sometimes you don't but they have always had my back and I would not go anywhere else losing Dr L was like losing a good friend or more than a friend if you need help they're there and they will help you no matter what it takes I thank God for bringing me to them“

“Great staff, friendly and professional. Check in was a bit of a wait but digital CheckIn was a breeze. Their office is clean and tidy. Easy access from highway. Parking was not a problem. Wait room time was about 10-12 minutes. NP Emily Tobias good bedside manners, thorough, & inquisitive! Definitely pleased. The only issue I have is you have to call their mainline call center before transferring to the actual location of the Docs and nurses.“

“It was fabulous I got something I've never had before and it was the most delicious dish. The chicken manecotte. They are made with crepes instead of those big fat pasta tubes. The sauce reminded me of Birraporetti's tomato basil soup. So delicious!!!“

“I have been a patient of Whelmed Schertz location for approximately five years. The front desk office employees have provided exceptional assistance. The last time I was there the desk staff person welcomed me and wanted to remember my name without my providing it. The lab techs were wonderful and always on time no waiting. Every doctor I have seen were the best including the following...Dr. Lim, Dr. Aung, Dr. Guzman as well as PA Brady Harrison. I have never had to wait.....the office is emacuatly clean and such a good experience I look forward to labs and doctor visit next month. Please accept my 5 Star review gladly given.“

“We have seen many physicians over the years for simple to complex issues. Finding a physician or a practice under our insurance is simple. Finding a physician and practice that you feel comfortable with, a physician that you actually look forward going to see is what we have found with Dr. Hatherall. Her compassion for your health interest and her bed side manner makes her feel more like a family member that has your best interest at heart than a normal attending physician. Whether it's just a simple physical to my recent hand injury, Dr Hatherall offers her full attention to our needs and never " blows through" our visit as many other physicians have in the past. Having found a physician that actually listens, then offers options for treatment is how she treats her patients. To us, Dr Hatherall is a godsend to our life and a great addition to our medical needs.The staff at the Kellum group are always attentive to our needs whether on the phone or in person.
