WellMed at Windcrest is a welcoming and professional healthcare facility. Patients praise the friendly and caring staff, including doctors and assistants, who make them feel comfortable and at ease. Receptionists are polite, and nurses and doctors take the time to explain and provide accurate information. The clinic is efficient, with timely appointments and follow-ups. Overall, WellMed at Windcrest provides a positive experience, with patients feeling well-cared for and likely to return and recommend the clinic to others.
My experience has been consistently excellent. From the front desk, to the MAs, Lab Techs, NPs, PAs, and Drs, everyone is friendly, professional, caring and informative. I often recommend WellMed to friends and family
I am a retired nurse and have received nothing but excellent service from this facility. Plans of care are discussed, and input is received. Referrals have been quick, and if the referred physician is not responsive, the WellMed staff has followed up again. Both Medical Assistants and Physicians are personable. We are very impressed with the occasional NP we have seen. Overall, I was wary about switching my care from BAMC after becoming 65, but so far WellMed on Walzem has settled any reservations. Good job, you all, and thank you for all the hard work you do!!!!!
The Well Med employees including Doc are super nice!!Felt welcome, the doctor was so sweet anddetailed, the assistants made an extra effort and it made me feel comfortable going back to ask additional questions! ??
