VA Northeast Outpatient Clinic provides a positive experience due to its convenient location and professional staff. The clinic's new surroundings seem to inspire its personnel, who are considerate and professional in every area of concern. Scheduling and communication are made easier through the VA app. Overall, patients have had a great experience with the clinic's staff, who are friendly and quick to address their needs.
Well it’s the VA…..only good thing I can say is the staff is friendly. But I did have to request to change my primary cause she was terrible and wait times always seem terrible here as well even when it seems there’s not a lot of people. I went in this morning a little before 930 AM to get labs done and ended waiting for 2 hours before telling the front desk I needed to leave to go somewhere else. So I never got my labs done and have to try another day that hopefully doesn’t take as long to get seen
The staff and medical professionals have always need great to deal with.
While I do expect to wait, I always receive wonderful care
from the staff. The nurse practitioners Lisa Ataae & Thuy Nygen are fabulous. They are very knowledgeable and empathetic. As a veteran, I feel I am very well served at this clinic.
