I visited in Jan. 2023 and I did not get to see Dr. kristopher koch. I went in to get a physical and the nurses were so unprofessional. They gave me misinformation about my health and told me that I was too young to be there because I am young. Obviously they don't know how to do their jobs! I told them my health problems and they brushed it off as if I did not matter to them. One of the nurses told me I should not have any more kids, it is not up to them but me! Do not recommend. They won't care about you.

This place will NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! Never! My husband has a life threatening medical condition and Wellmed referred him to a specialist clinic that didn't exist. It took a month to get him a new referral after many phone calls and walk ins. After finally getting a diagnosis, Wellmed needed to sign off on paperwork to get the device he needed. Wellmed had the paperwork in hand for WEEKS and the doctor finally signed off on it after many phone calls we made to them about the importance of getting it signed. My husband could've DIED because of their carelessness. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

jyothi kundur had me full blown crying when I left. She claimed one of my medications was a controlled substance, even though it absolutely is not. She must have been confused but too prideful to recant.Then, she proceeded to berate me and belittle me for it as well as not changing my pcp to her on my insurance card quicker.I left without having my basic medications refilled & in tears needing to restart the process with insurance and waiting for another appointment with a doctor more knowledgeable and capable.
