Absolutely stellar service and care. For as invasive of a procedure they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Don't really want to get it done again, but it has nothing to do with the doctor, anesthesiologist and nurses. They all go above and beyond to make you as comfortable and informed as possible.

Great experience from start to finish. My initial contact scheduling my colonoscopy appointment was uneventful and without issue. Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio provided my prep in a timely manner with easily understood step-by-step instructions explaining the process. Moreover, I was contacted numerous times to confirm my appt date and time with reporting instructions and follow up. The check-in process through the procedure process and discharge went smoothly and timely with no issues. Having a Colonoscope done for the first time is a very nervous feeling. Dr. Arnold and his staff took care of me and made me comfortable. This procedure can weigh on a persons mind because of just how its done but after its over you really feel nothing in affect from the procedure and really realize how simple it is. Dr. Arnold explained the procedure before and after it was done. I left his office knowing i had the best care and knowing that he cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Arnold for anyone that needs his services. Thank you Dr. Arnold for taking care of me and making things simple.
