“I use Dr. Kerry Ramon. She is on time and takes the time to visit with me about any concerns. It is not difficult to get an appointment (once you are an established patient) and online visits are also available. I love that the office is in Wimberley so it's easy to get in and out of your appointment. I do wish it was easier to get ahold of them on the phone when the lab doesn't have orders or there is some other urgent need to speak to someone. Mostly you need to go through the portal for communication. I understand the need, I just wish it weren't so.”
