Appointments are often on time with no waiting. However, some mention difficulties with phone communication, experiencing multiple transfers before reaching the office. Recently enrolled with n Medicare with Tricare for Life. Selected WellMed because it’s next door to my Subdivision and my Mom had nice things to say about their healthcare. First visit with Dr. Vinegar and the entire stafff was nothing but awesome and professional. Very pleased with the customer service throughout the facility. I made the correct choice selecting WellMed as my preventive care facility. Many thanks and continue assisting us customers.
WellMed at Schertz is wonderful. From the front desk, the lab, medical assistants, nurses, and the doctors. They are always the kindest, warmest people you will ever meet. They always give us the best care.
I have been discouraged with Wellmed for several years now for numerous reasons - thought I would give it one more try since I heard they had a new doctor, Dr Blackstone -- am so glad I did because the primary care physician I had been seeking to find, one that cared, explained things very easily to me, reviewed all of my prescriptions and made changes where he thought it might benefit me, is all in Dr Blackstone - so happy he is at Wellmed now - now I dont have to continue my search for a physician
