“Rodent damage was found at our rental house in Grapevine that needed fast, reliable repair work. There were several sections of wood siding that needed to be replaced as well as areas on the roof where squirrels had eaten through the shingles. Those areas looked bad enough that they needed to be fixed ASAP. Fortunately, my property management company recommended Great American Roofing, who they have relied on many times for rental property repair.

The first items to get attention were areas on the roof. Great American came out immediately and placed tarps as temporary shields from the weather.

We then got a written estimate for the work from Steve, and his people were able to do the work within.a few days. They replaced the damaged wood siding with Hardie board so there shouldn't be problems in the future.

I was very pleased that Steve was able to get his people out to do the work, and had the materials available to do the job. I have spoken with him about replacing the whole roof, which is going to need to be done soon. I am sure the company will do an excellent job on that as well.“

“S&B Roofing did an amazing job on my roof replacement. Brandon, Trey, and Cheryl were delightful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. We did have to delay due to weather conditions, but I appreciate that they weren't willing to risk getting my house wet just to complete the job. They even found that there were 4 layers (3 extra) of felt under the shingles, which explains the excess condensation I'd been experiencing inside the house. Now that my roof can breathe, the interior condensation has decreased dramatically in just the few weeks since completion. Not sure if the extra felt was intentional or pure laziness of prior contractors but just know that S&B Roofing will do it right! 10 stars!“

Texas Home Improvements replaced them with new sturdy materials, painted and placed siding, window boxes, chimney and bonus room exteriors, spray-washed and finished. I was selling my house at the time and explained to him that insurance kept turning down my claim of hail damage although every other house on my street had had their roof replaced by their insurance company.
