I am getting ready to sell my house, and the buyers had an inspection done on Tuesday. The home inspector asked for a Roof inspection to be performed. As a seller, time is of the essence, so I reached out to a few companies. I started to fret between no replies and being unable to show up for another two weeks. I placed a call to First Out Roofing late yesterday and left a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a callback 5 minutes later from them, and the owner is the one who called back, no less! After dealing with another roofing company this week that would not give me a ballpark estimate on my roof and plus no one showed up or called....I called FIRST OUT ROOFING Tuesday morning, within 45 minutes Spencer was at my home, looked at what needed to be done...gave me an estimate and said they could be here the next morning by 8:00AM....they were here at that time and had the problem fixed within a couple hours....I am amazed at their professionalism and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. This is a family owned company that stands behind their work. They continue to always strive to do their very best and meet all customer needs.They recently came to my work and did repairs for my boss. They stopped leaks and did repairs and gave very informative knowledge about how to correct the problems on the building.
