“I needed a second opinion on my foundation issue so I had Blake come out and take a look. He took the time to look over my situation and gave me his recommendation as well as suggesting that I call an engineering company to confirm. I went ahead and called an engineering firm and they came out and the assessment Blake, from High Bar, gave me was 100% consistent with what the engineer recommended. I went ahead and scheduled the job and was able to get on their schedule timely (2 weeks) and they communicated with me during the queue time. On the day of the repair, they showed up on time and got to work. They completed the job in 1-day and allowed me to inspect the work as they progressed. When completed, they cleaned up everything as it was. Though I don't know anyone that is truly happy to have to have to spend money for foundation repair, I am very happy, satisfied, and at ease, that I choose High Bar Roof and Foundation. “Rodent damage was found at our rental house in Grapevine that needed fast, reliable repair work. There were several sections of wood siding that needed to be replaced as well as areas on the roof where squirrels had eaten through the shingles. Those areas looked bad enough that they needed to be fixed ASAP. Fortunately, my property management company recommended Great American Roofing, who they have relied on many times for rental property repair.

The first items to get attention were areas on the roof. Great American came out immediately and placed tarps as temporary shields from the weather.

We then got a written estimate for the work from Steve, and his people were able to do the work within.a few days. They replaced the damaged wood siding with Hardie board so there shouldn't be problems in the future.

I was very pleased that Steve was able to get his people out to do the work, and had the materials available to do the job. I have spoken with him about replacing the whole roof, which is going to need to be done soon. I am sure the company will do an excellent job on that as well.“
