I have been fortunate enough to have worked with many good vendors in ALL industries, but the one who stands out at the top is JWC General Contractors. They were referred to me by a handyman I didn't really know and I took a chance. I was having an issue getting my insurance company to pay a claim on my roof. JWC helped me in so many ways from referring me to a Public Adjuster (who was also excellent) to providing honest, attentive service. Today, Josh (my JWC guy) came over to get the final check from the insurance company. And while he was here, he noticed a clop had come undone on my American flag hanging over the garage. I cannot recommend JWC General Contractors enough! Before finding them, I had my roof claim denied a couple of times by my insurance company while working with other contractors. I was starting to think it wouldn’t happen, but Alex Murray stepped in and completely turned everything around.
He is an absolute master at what he does—he took my claim from zero to hero, handled the entire insurance process seamlessly, and actually got it approved.
