“We had an outstanding experience with CLC Roofing from beginning to end. They replaced our roof in July, and we could not be happier with both the process and the finished result.
What impressed us most was how CLC handled our insurance claim. They provided the quote, submitted everything to our insurance company, and even came out to walk the roof with our insurance adjuster. When our insurance company initially denied the claim, CLC immediately went to work on our behalf. They told us they were prepared to go to mediation if necessary and stayed on top of the claim throughout the entire process.
I had to do very little myself. CLC and their team handled the process, kept us informed, and ultimately succeeded in getting the claim approved so our roof was covered by insurance. Having an experienced company advocating for us made what could have been a very stressful process much easier.
The quality of the roofing work itself was outstanding. We also selected guttering that coordinated with the color of our new roof, and CLC made sure everything was installed properly and looked great together.
Communication was excellent throughout both the insurance process and the actual roof replacement. We always knew what was happening and what to expect.
