“Five stars for Russ and Lawrenz Contracting is not enough. I met with Russ, the owner, on a Tuesday. He was so nice. He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. “They did my roof in June before I bought the house and I saw what I thought was a roof leak. They came out quick and recaulked the area for free but inspected it and saw that the wood around the chimney was rotting away, which was new. We arranged for them to fix it, which they did right away, and they have kept in touch with me to make sure everything is looking good! I appreciate the customer service and care they provided and upkeep of their warranty of work. It is comforting to know I have their support on their work and insurances that they did great work as well.“
