Jair and everyone at Palafox were wonderful to work with. Jair was at our home in under 2 hours from the time we called. He spent hours working with our family insurance company on our behalf and took care of all the paper work. We were given several options and never felt pressured. The roof installation was fast and easy. The work crew was very professional, tidy and caring. I have never witnessed construction workers cleanup after themselves like these guys did! I was told this is a family business and it clearly shows. I highly recommend Palafox and Jair.

Of the many times we have had to have a roof replaced no one has left the area as clean and undamaged as Palafox! They communicated well and did things when they said they would. We had a good experience and would use them again.
