My experience with Priority Roofing was exceptional from the very beginning. We called the morning after a brutal hail storm and Chance came out, same day. The damage to our home was extensive, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained how the process would go from start to completion and I knew when he left that we were in good hands. Chance handled everything ; from coordinating the removal of our solar panels, to the replacement of our roof in ONE day, as well as the replacement of our ac unit. Emmanuel with Priority Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. He knocked on my door for a free inspection, found storm damage I wasn’t aware of, and guided me through the entire insurance process. He made everything simple and stress-free.
Our new Owens Corning Weathered Wood roof looks great, and he also coordinated with PV National to detach and reset our solar panels. Excellent communication, professionalism, and service throughout. I highly recommend Emmanuel and Priority Roofing!
