Comfort Makers is great! Everyone I spoke to over the phone was very polite and professional. David came out and was awesome! He walked me through everything and our AC is now fixed! Comfort Makers has been assigned to my home on two separate occasions, for two separate issues. They have proven that transparency to the customer as well as professionalism across the board is what they stand on. The first call was related to my condenser, and despite it taking a month to complete the job the issues were in no way at the hands of Comfort Makers. The issues are squarely on the shoulders of the home warranty company. Through everything though Robert made certain to stay in contact with me every couple of days to keep me informed.
