We recently purchased a home in the Spring, TX area. The inspection report mentioned possible issues with cooling. I created a "project request" on yelp and Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heat were the first to respond. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, so I gave them a call and they setup a same-day appointment to have my HVAC system checked out. After checking things out, I get a call to go over the issues (not yet moved in). I'm really happy that I went with this company. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and explained what was going on. They were completely honest, and it turned out that the AC was functioning. He did explain a few things that were not done correctly and were of utmost importance to have fixed. He made the repairs, explained what was done, and sent pictures of everything. I will definitely be going with Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heating for future maintenance and repairs. Quality, honesty, and efficiency is hard to find nowadays. I'm happy to have found this company and would highly recommend them.
Our upstairs ac stopped blowing cold, I called Toms and they were here within 30 minutes. Scott was our tech was quick and effecient and repaired our unit. Its an older unit and I was nervous that it would need to be replaced so I am glad they were honest and reccomended the repair. I know the time will come when it has to be replaced, and I will call Tom's first!
I want to thank Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heat and technician Eric for the wonderful job they did for us. Our AC unit is old and it went out completely. It was the Blower Motor and Wheel. Our first estimate was from a reputable company and the technician said the entire unit would have to be replaced because it was impossible to remove and replace the Blower Motor and Wheel because a load bearing beam prevented him from removing the parts that needed to be replaced.
