Gavin, with Mr. Chill, came out to install a condensing unit. Gavin made friends with our two dogs, even though we weren't home. After installation, Gavin took the time to point out what we should look for, monthly maintenance and took time to explain how to use our ECOBEE thermostat. The job site was left clean.We were told about Mr. Chill's other services available.

Mr. Chill is my “go to” for all my HVAC services. Our heater went out during the extreme cold and they were able to come out the same day. It required a new part that wasn't going to be available till the next day. Gus was able to make the furnace run while waiting for the part and then came early next morning to replace. Great service!
