I signed up for the maintenance service plan and I just had my first service today. Peggy , from the office, called to remind me that it was time. Jason came out today and was very professional and knew a ton of information about my systems. He took care of me and I am confidant my system will run better. This service call was 5 star worthy. I very much enjoyed my experience with Randall's. They are not a high pressure sales. I had my ac fixed pretty quick. They were reasonably priced. Fred and Peggy took really good care of me. The installation techs cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I have called Fred numerous times to maintenance and repair our home ac system. Every time he has been prompt to arrive, diagnose and repair or replace anything needed. This past month I made a call because my husband was going through radiation treatments and told Fred of a problem that presented itself in the late evening, and his reply was I will be there at 6am tomorrow morning! And he was! He fixed the problem and went on his way! Thank you Fred for your customer service and availability!
