Cooling Technicians LLC is a business that specializes in HVAC services, handling both large and small projects in residential and commercial settings. They have the expertise to install, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems of any make or model. Customers have praised their quick response in emergencies, such as a failed AC motherboard. The team is known for their professionalism, trustworthiness, efficiency, and knowledge. The owner, Adam, and his certified and licensed team provide excellent customer service at a fair price. They are easy to work with and stand behind their work and products, as seen in their A/C system maintenance services.
I called Adam at 7:00 pm one evening because my A/C stopped cooling. He said he would be there in 15 to 30 min. He showed up, repaired the issue, and wouldn't accept payment. He has been my A/C tech at not only my home, but also at my business. He does great installs, and is very personable. If you need ANY work done, give him a call.
Adam (owner) always goes above and beyond what other companies do. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. His customer care is outstanding and he’s trustworthy. I always know his work is done to perfection as if he was doing it for his own home and the bonus is that his pricing is not over-inflated like so many other companies. I have called upon him several times over the years and I won’t use anyone else. Old fashioned great service and customer care is so rare nowadays and Adam still practices it.
Very dependable company. I use them for more than 5 years. Always there when i needed them. Fair prices, and always adding some value with tips, discussions and more.
Adam is a super friendly guy, smiling and being openly happy for having the opportunity to do business with me.
I recommend him.
