“Our two months renovation with North Dallas Renovations is done last week. We are very happy and impressed with the process and the results. This is why we'd like to take time to write a review to share our experience here and several things that stood out to us.

1. During the renovation, they covered everything else so well and they cleaned the area they worked on every day. We lived in the house whole time during the renovation and never felt we couldn't stay there anymore or it's a big mess.
2. Our project manager Darrell seamlessly coordinated our project timeline with all the vendors. That's why our project is done earlier than what was expected. He also paid so much attention in the details and helped us push the vendors to do their best.

“We contracted with Ron, owner of Kimber Services for reroofing, gutter replacement and painting of the exterior of our home. We have had multiple roofs replaced in 40 plus years of homeownership and this was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor!
Kimber Services is based out of Frisco Texas and we are just outside of San Antonio. Distance was not an issue for Ron. Ron made the trip to meet with my wife and I to look at the work needed. Multiple roofing options were presented to us in detail. Ron patiently answered all questions and concerns we had.
Gutters were the next item to address. Again, Ron assessed our current gutter system and made recommendation's of improvement based on my concern's.
Finally repair's needed for the exterior trim was noted and painting needs.
This was a very relaxed visit, no pressure or financials were discussed.

A couple of days later Ron emailed his quote and by phone explained in great detail. This again was the first time a contractor discussed every line item and answered questions to my satisfaction. The amount for work involved was very reasonable.
We elected to have Kimber Services perform the work on our home. Prior to the start of the project, Ron again made the drive from Frisco to go over the work to be done. Ron is hand's on all aspects of the job. Communication is superb! Daily updates of progress and over 500 images documenting all work done.
Jaime, Ron's top notch painter was amazing! Jaime is very meticulous and his attention to detail show's in his work. Painting was done by brush which resulted in an exceptional result. All of Kimber Service's crew were like a well oiled machine! Clean-up of area around the was outstanding.
Multiple times Ron communicated with my insurance company to ensure claim was paid correctly. This was very helpful as i am not knowledgeable in this process.

My wife and I are very fortunate to have connected with Kimber Services. From beginning to end of this process it was a pleasant experience! When we need work done on our home in the future, Ron at Kimber Service will be the first person I contact.“
