We recently done the patio project with MCM. We worked with David. They are very responsive when we had questions and completed the project on time. And they gave 10 year warranty for pavers. Would like to see few more years how that pavers stay. Overall we are happy with their work wait and see the quality .
MCM installed a pool/hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and patio cover/deck for us in early 2026. Communication throughout was very good. Every step of the process and associated costs are laid out in an app, so they are clear and explained well.
Our install wasn’t without some issues here and there, but the issues were resolved quickly and without pushback from MCM. Good customer service and quality build.
We had a patio of Travertine Tile built in our backyard by MCM. The work crew of MCM is outstanding! Very meticulous with measurements and easy to work with at our house. The patio is an outstanding addition to our house.
One thing that you should insist on, though, is seeing stone samples. MCM could not show us our tile selection and we had to pick from a picture on a brochure. The picture obviously was perfect and had much richer coloring than the true tile. Secondly, we were surprised with the need of a retaining wall, which was not mentioned on the initial sales call in our back yard.
