The company sends you a text message letting you know when they're on their way and when they're about to arrive. These gentlemen are nice guys and it's always a pleasure for them to comment make sure everything's riki tik. All of my Interactions With the service technicians and The Office staff Have been positive. I will be disappointed if there comes a day when they no longer are able to provide our service.
Christian and Tyler are usually the fellows I see, and they deserve a Bravo Zulu for their courtesy and persistence. They come, there courteous and polite, patient when they explain things, their knowledge and experience is evident as they troubleshoot and find the right solution to the problem.
edit; years later update. Christian's still awesome. This company still rocks. I wish these guys could have done the job at my mother-in-law's east of houston, too far for them to go but they would have done it right the first time unlike the Stooges that did it the first time and the Keystone Cops that are trying it now.
Call with confidence, these guys will get the job done, do it right and not overcharge you. What more can you ask?
