We really like Vic and his team. They are prompt and do good work. My 4-star rating is due to my 10yr parts and labor warranty. I had a coil leak the Freon, creating one visit to charge the unit and get me cool again ($400), this included a splash of vinegar down the drains and a brief external hosing units off as well. The second visit to install the coils ($300). I was thinking 10yr parts and labor warranty with a unit failure would be free. This was well worth the price if no warranty, but it clearly states on original receipt 10 years parts and labor. My unit was very dirty outside and needed attention to make it run more efficient. Checked air duct and air handler unit in attic too. Run’s 100% better now.Services: A/C system repair

I have used Vic's for several years. Everytime we've used their services, it has been fantastic. They have fould and serviced issues before they became a major problem. They are very competitive on their prices.
