“I had my first appointment at Berkeley Eye Center Grand Oaks location. I was greeted by the receptionist and made to feel very welcome. The office staff are efficient and knowledgeable and all the initial exams went quickly and expertly. Joline administered preliminary new patient exams and she was exceptional in explaining their purpose. She was extremely kind and pleasant. Dr Yook examined my retinas and other eye structures as well and took the time to explain results. She has a great bedside manner. The office is well run and waiting time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr Yook and this office.“
