Had such a good experience, largely in part to the staff! My mom and I made it a family affair to get our yearly eye exams together, we both ADORED Liu for being so sweet and making us comfortable. This was my second eye exam ever and she was sweet and made me super comfortable! The reason I’m giving this review 5 stars is 100% because of the front desk employee, Christie. When we went in to make our appointment, she above and beyond kind. When we returned on the day of our appointments, she answered questions about my glasses that I didn’t even knew I had! I’m a new eye-wear-wearer and she quickly figured out that my 2 prior pairs were mis-fitted, which I didn’t know was a thing. While sizing me for a third pair, she even took BOTH of my current glasses to the back and tightened them up for me!! When I got home I realized she’d also polished up the lenses, which is the reason for this review. That was so nice of her to do. I’ve never had any vision care appointments where anyone went the extra mile, but Christie changed that! Y’all are the best and we’ll be back!!!
