“The staff is very prompt & professional. I inquired about a concern with my roof it was missing a few shingles, Clara responded quickly with my concerns and questions about my roof. She promptly sent David part of the work crew out to check it out which was quickly fixed in a timely manner. Being on a fixed income they were able to repair the damaged area. No job is too small or too big for them to do. In the past other roofing companies were pushing to get a total roof replacement which wasn't needed. “I was driving down the street when I saw Justin working on a neighbor's roof, and pulled over just to see if I could get a card. Justin was super friendly and happily came down so I could introduce myself. He could have just shouted that his number is on the side of the truck (I've definitely had that response before), but he's not that kind of person. If you want top notch customer care, and a beautiful roof to boot, these are the guys for you. Justin and his crew were able to put 3 new roofs on 3 of our houses in just a matter of days, and repaired a couple of more roofs for us as well. Justin personally sent me pictures of roof damage, explaining problems and solutions, and he was also kind enough to send me after shots as well for both the new roofs installed and repairs made. Justin's communications was great as he was able to get bids in quickly, and just as quickly get the job started and completed. For one house, we also had a carpet contractor working at the same time, and Justin was able to get the job done even while there was other contractor traffic going on. I couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with Justin and I give my highest recommendation for Roof Services.“

He came to my house the same day I called, gave me a quote to replace two roof vents, and had Ignacio out the next day to complete the job. Ignacio showed and explained to me the problems with the way the vents were initially installed by the builder. When it turned out that the leak on my dryer vent was not addressed by the roof vent, Mike went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot what else could be causing the leak (which helped me find the problem).“

Did not realize the Industry had designed a Class 4 shingle, specific for hail (130 mph wind, too). We live on the Bay and it requires some extras due to salt environment. “I just had two roofs replaced on my property. Stetson Holland with Walton Roofing made the process easy and stress free. To be honest, after Stetson visited us, I was so impressed with his professionalism and transparency, that I didn’t even request quotes from anyone else. I’ve been through this enough that I knew he would take care of us. My positive experience started with Stetson. The company was very responsive and from the time of Stetson’s first visit to the completed job was about one week! I have to tip my hat to his crew as well. They started early and worked till dark, and they worked hard. They laid tarps on the ground around the entire two houses to lesson the amount of nails in the yard. I’m pretty sure they ran a floor magnet afterwards because I ran my own floor magnet just to be safe and didn’t pick up one nail. My roofs look amazing and the architectural shingles they used were a huge upgrade from your standard shingles. Before the crew left, they picked up all the debris and even gathered all my kids toys from the yard and placed them on my deck while they picked up. They went above and beyond what I’m use to receiving. And a few days after the install, Stetson stopped by to take pictures of the completed work and verify that him, as well as myself, were satisfied with the work. If there were six stars I would have given them six. I have to say I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this company. More over, they didn’t ask me to write a review. “I called and asked for a free estimate. Derrick was very responsive and came out the next day to inspect my roof and attic. I had some leaking areas and rotted decking. The price was fair for a full reroof so I ended up also getting new fascia and gutters as well. Great warranty and customer service. Derrick and his team did a good job with the roof replacement + gutter/trim work. I am very satisfied and I recommend him highly. It only took them one day.Services: Gutter repairs“
