They were able to navigate us through a complicated insurance process where our claim was originally denied, but ended up getting the insurance company to take on the roof cost (minus deductible of course). They even threw in some unplanned add-ons like a dryer vent that was installed improperly by the builder as well as some additional ventilation that was not obvious before work began.
