Guardian Roof Systems is the most professional company that I have worked with in a very long time. My Field Supervisor, Raymond Mercado and his team were the BEST.Raymond helped me in resolving a problem I had with the manufacture of my old shingles. Helping me pick out a better grade shingle. He walked me through the entire process of the installation of the new roof and it went without any problems. When you hear, "Can he talk the talk and walk the walk?" He and his Team delivered a very smooth installation. In February, 2020 we had a very bad experience with a roofing company that claimed it had the background and experience to provide a proper and complete TPO type roof to cover our Master Bedroom and Garage so that we would not have any more leaks. Within a few weeks following the completion of the installation, we had several heavy rains which resulted in more damage to our Master Bedroom ceiling and walls. We tried to work with the Contractor to isolate and cure the leaking for several weeks but they could not and would not correct the problems they made due to deficient installation practices.
