After my Mother's recent death, I got a referral to Air-Care SE from a friend of my Mom. The friend has been using Air-Care for many years and raved about them. So I called and explained that I needed to have them fix the A/C in my Mom's house, but I was on a tight schedule. They gave me the appointment time I asked for and were actually a couple minutes early, to my pleasant surprise. The technician (Rick) was courteous, professional, and had the system diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. They only charged me for the one part they used, plus coolant, and labor. I do not hesitate to recommend Air-Care Southeast to anyone in the area needing A/C work. If I lived closer to their service area, they would be the only ones I would call. I was concerned about how my husband would look at his viewing. Carnes did an impeccable job. The only thing I have to say is it is hard to get someone on the phone and and that maybe 1 or 2 staff members could be more emphatic via phone. However I am sure this will change as they increase staff. They did an amazing job. We will definitely entrust our loved ones with them in the future. May blessings rain upon your business!
