“Through a series of somewhat unfortunate events, we discovered a hole in our roof on a Wednesday afternoon. I called 12 Stones Roofing to schedule an inspection/repair quote and Clark was at my door early the very next morning. He did a thorough inspection with his aerial drone and physically climbed on the roof to verify the extent of damage. He took pictures and explained in detail what he found. Clark then went back to the office and the 12 Stones Roofing team put together an incredibly fair and reasonable quote for the repair job. I scheduled them to come out the following Tuesday. Clark and his team did such an amazing job! They spent four hours in the hot August sun fixing my roof. Once they completed their work, they meticulously tidied up. There was absolutely no trace of discarded roofing material or stray nails anywhere to be found in my yard. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. I hope not to need roofing work again any time soon, however, I will absolutely be calling Clark at 12 Stones Roofing for any and all of my future roofing needs.“

“Competent and trustworthy was my experience with Walton Residential Services. I live in a townhouse which has a weird roof structure. After inviting several companies on site and consulting with them about best way to create additional ventilation in my roof and attic, Walton won me over with their technical competency and design and engineering capability. Equally important, they didn’t oversell things that I didn’t need. Martin Klug-Noble, the Account Manager assigned to work with me, spent more hours than a typical roofing project on the design to meet my request and needs. He also tapped into Walton’s in house technical experts more than once to confirm his thinking and design. Martin also patiently explained his calculation and design to me again and again till I fully understood and singed off on his proposal. On the day of installation, Polo Morales and his crew did a great job installing the deck air vents and the new whirly bird. The installation was completed in April of this year. I waited several months to write this review, so I could make sure that there was no leak or any other issue with the installation. With the test of time, the installation has proven to be a success.
