Tyler with Preferred Home Services came to fix our AC. He pretty much diagnosed the problem before he got here just by what my husband told him on the phone. He was super quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I've had a lot (and I mean a LOT) of work done on my AC, and this is the first time I can say I am genuinely pleased. Tyler was great - personable, professional, efficient, and effective. Arrived exactly when promised, returned exactly when he promised to, finished exactly when he said he would. Identified the problem within minutes and resolved it same day. I will definitely be seeking out their services again!
