“This business is great! They made some repairs on my house about 3 years ago. I decided back then that I would have them replace my roof. I recently had them replace my roof and it was completed in 1 day! The process of replacing a roof is messy, but they contained the used roofing material. They also used a large magnet to pick up metal objects on the ground. Everything was picked up before they left. I recommend this business and I would use them again.Services: Roof repair“

“I was driving down the street when I saw Justin working on a neighbor's roof, and pulled over just to see if I could get a card. Justin was super friendly and happily came down so I could introduce myself. He could have just shouted that his number is on the side of the truck (I've definitely had that response before), but he's not that kind of person. If you want top notch customer care, and a beautiful roof to boot, these are the guys for you. Justin and his crew were able to put 3 new roofs on 3 of our houses in just a matter of days, and repaired a couple of more roofs for us as well. Justin personally sent me pictures of roof damage, explaining problems and solutions, and he was also kind enough to send me after shots as well for both the new roofs installed and repairs made. Justin's communications was great as he was able to get bids in quickly, and just as quickly get the job started and completed. For one house, we also had a carpet contractor working at the same time, and Justin was able to get the job done even while there was other contractor traffic going on. I couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with Justin and I give my highest recommendation for Roof Services.“

Came on time, finished on time, and were great at communicating with me the entire time. Dan was awesome! He gave the original bid and was always present to ensure everything was done correctly. The crew was very professional and adaptive to us being there as they were busily completing their work. Lastly, Dan was able to make adjustments to the vents to add wire mesh to ensure the squirrels didn't get into the attic and also took on an extra task to calk and paint my chimney to restore it back it's original condition (looks amazing!). “From the beginning when I was searching for roofers I started with the BBB narrowed it down to a few, stronghold was the only one that came through with follow-ups with professionalism with the straight forward contract and a quick start date after a rain delay they came to my house with a vengeance the work crew was large and the foreman was professional they attacked that roof and completed the work in 1 day to my amazement the clean up went well and they were gone. A short time later we had some shingles blow off because of high winds a call to Eric and he sent a man out and resolved the problem stuff happens so I can say as a homeowner that my experience was as smooth as replacing a roof could be even when the shingles blew off it was easily and timely fixed. So Stronghold is my roofing company from this point on I highly recommend their work and would recommend them you won't be disappointed.“

“I called and asked for a free estimate. Derrick was very responsive and came out the next day to inspect my roof and attic. I had some leaking areas and rotted decking. The price was fair for a full reroof so I ended up also getting new fascia and gutters as well. Great warranty and customer service. “Edward has been absolutely beyond amazing! A1 helped us with getting TWIA to approve our claim so that we could get a new roof, after TWIA initially denied. Good thing they got them to approve- we had hidden rot spots. Edward remained in contact with us throughout the entire process, reaching out to us upon all updates. Today they installed our full roof along with our detached garage, installed an attic breeze, and cleaned up afterwards. The new roof looks amazing, and we truly couldn’t be happier!
