Every person in the company I spoke with was knowledgeable and understood the job (Bryce, Josh, Daniel, Mike, and the office staff). This was a 50 year black shingle. They replaced rotted decking in the valleys on the front of the house, replaced some old patch jobs in the decking, and rotted rafters and decking over the garage door.
