“We had met with Richard a couple of times resulting in selecting carpet and hardwood floors for our home. He was patient and informative while helping us decide what we wanted. We were ready to set the install date but then had to put everything on hold at our end. Fast forward 3 weeks, very unexpectedly, our plans changed so I reached out to pride floors and they worked their magic. We had new carpet and wood floors within a week. It looks beautiful! Both the carpet crew and the wood floor crew were very professional and did a great installation job. We will definitely be using them again.“

“Cristian was friendly and helpful, and got me in touch with Cris; I didn’t wake up expecting to buy flooring, and came to look on a lark. Thanks to Cris’ knowledge, attentiveness in answering all my questions and hearing out all my needs as well as indecision, and offer to show me multiple products and any assorted tools/underlayment/finishing boards, I went ahead and signed up for a credit card in store, and upon approval, I’m now going to stop walking on bare concrete in my bedroom! At one point I was starting to stress because I felt like I was taking too much of Cris’ time, to which he replied not to worry. He loaded up all my stuff quickly and with care to the service dog and her assorted items in my car when he loaded it. He also found my original purchase of a similar but differently branded product to help me match things…from six years ago!

Needless to say, I hope that Cris gets recognized for his stellar service; give him a raise, and I’d definitely hang onto him to train new floor reps before some other company might want to hire him - service seems to be very hit or miss these days and I’d definitely hire him if I had a company and needed a trainer for something service industry related!!“

“They completed the entire house in just one day, which was impressive. There was quite a bit of preparation required on my end, since they asked that everything on the floors and counters be packed into boxes beforehand. We were able to compromise: I paid an additional $200 per room for three rooms, and the crew packed those areas for me. I definitely needed a lot of boxes!
My main disappointment is the padding. I was told they offer only one type, and unfortunately it feels much firmer and less comfortable than I expected—almost like a “firm bounce.” I was also told by the salesperson that the loose boards would be tightened to help prevent squeaking, but the installers said that was not something they could do. My entertainment case was broken with the movement but they didn’t know it or they just didn’t tell me.
The carpet itself is visually attractive and perfect match to what I picked! It looks professionally placed. After all the preparation and work involved, though, I am hoping the padding grows on me—because I certainly do not want to go through this process again anytime soon!

Other pluses- they were flexible and competitive with the prices. The installation crew was nice. They honored the date and time. There was no odor, stains or insects in the new carpet. They had all of their supplies that they needed to perform their job.“
