Sam custom mixed a color for my liking that fit the house color, garage walls and shop needs. These floors came out amazing. “We selected Jana Ward and her team at Clear Choice Remodeling to renovate the upstairs of our home, including two bathrooms, a bedroom, balcony and staircase. Clear Choice did an excellent job on the remodel, and we are very happy with the results. All of their subcontractors are professional, do quality work, and were respectful of our home. Mary was the Project Manager and supervised the job and coordinated scheduling. The communication with her was excellent, and she was always very responsive and had good control of the remodel details. Jana is very fair and honest, does a good job of listening to the needs and desires of the client, and she took the time up front to fully understand our goals for the remodel. I was able to view their LVP online which I really liked. I then went to their location to get samples to bring home to view how they would look in the home. Mr. Richard Cavazos, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products that I selected. He gave me recommendations and informed me on pros and cons of the different LVP’s. I found my beautiful flooring at Pride flooring and I was amazed at the fantastic price I got from Mr. Cavazos. “We selected O’Krent flooring in our recent remodel project and had a wonderful experience. Jason O’Krent helped in our selections and indulged our need to take multiple samples home to aid in our decision. We believe we got a very good price shopping during a sale, but the story does’t stop there. O’Krent stored our flooring awaiting our remodel schedule and accommodated our contractors schedule. This service, after the sale, in my opinion sets them apart from the completion. We also had O’Krent install the flooring to receive their lifetime warranty and their team was above reproach. Everything from the dustless demo of the old floor, to the quality workmanship the installers displayed was top notch. I picked out what I wanted from their shop, no middleman or showroom to jack up the cost. They cut it right there on a magnificent machine according to what I wanted. I am picky. Anyhow, they installed my daughter's marble counter tops in San Antonio, my son's kitchen and bathroom counter tops in Austin and two outdoor stone tabletops for me. I think they are a wonderful San Antonio business.“

With my vinyl wood flooring and trim work, him and his team made sure that everything was installed correctly and timely while making sure the area was clean. With my bathroom, this project did take more time and was a bit of a mess because of the complete remodel (tile floor, shower, plumbing, electrical, etc) but Israel made sure that the the area was clean and ready for us to use. He always wants to make sure that I’m happy and I plan on choosing him for all my future home renovation projects.“
