“We had met with Richard a couple of times resulting in selecting carpet and hardwood floors for our home. He was patient and informative while helping us decide what we wanted. We were ready to set the install date but then had to put everything on hold at our end. Fast forward 3 weeks, very unexpectedly, our plans changed so I reached out to pride floors and they worked their magic. We had new carpet and wood floors within a week. It looks beautiful! “Leon is one of the best company representatives I've ever worked with. I was having difficulty find a tile I liked and he kept bringing different tile to my house based on my descriptions. He knew what I wanted but could not find it. He kept on trying and never quit until he finally located the one my wife and I truly liked. I learned a lot from his exemplary knowledge of floor tile. Now, that is outstanding customer service! Like wise, Jason the Project Foreman was outstanding during the existing tile demolition and new tile replacement process. He guided and educated me in tile placement configuration and grout selections for the 3 different areas that required tile replacement due to extensive foundation problems. The work crew was top notch. Their demolition process generated very little dust and the tile replacement was done beautifully. They also moved and shifted the furniture which is a great help to us senior citizens. I can honestly say that choosing Floor Coverings International is one of the best decisions I've ever made!“

“Cristian was friendly and helpful, and got me in touch with Cris; I didn’t wake up expecting to buy flooring, and came to look on a lark. Thanks to Cris’ knowledge, attentiveness in answering all my questions and hearing out all my needs as well as indecision, and offer to show me multiple products and any assorted tools/underlayment/finishing boards, I went ahead and signed up for a credit card in store, and upon approval, I’m now going to stop walking on bare concrete in my bedroom! At one point I was starting to stress because I felt like I was taking too much of Cris’ time, to which he replied not to worry. He loaded up all my stuff quickly and with care to the service dog and her assorted items in my car when he loaded it. He also found my original purchase of a similar but differently branded product to help me match things…from six years ago!

“Carlos & his team member had a big job on their hands to work the Gold Package magic on a 6 year old carpet and couch with stains, wear and tear from life with pets and children. All I was hoping for was improving cleanliness, I knew the condition of my carpet was poor but was so impressed that he nearly restored my entire carpet.
