This team was punctual, clean and professional. Cristy communicated well and was easy to get a hold of when questions came up. The floor looks great, and clients are already planning the next job. The installation team did a great job and was fast, with floors looking amazing every time. The crew was friendly, respectful of the home, and cleaned up after themselves. The turnaround time surprised everyone, as the job was done way faster than expected yet maintained attention to detail. Cristy and her husband went above and beyond to find the exact match to existing wood flooring, even when others said it was discontinued. The bid was so good that the living room and kitchen were both done with waterproof and pet proof wood flooring. The customer service, integrity, and pricing blew people away, and the company is highly recommended for flooring installations.
