O'Krent Floors is a family-owned and operated flooring retailer that has been in business for 5 generations. They have the largest showroom in Texas and are known for their exceptional service, warranties, and overall customer experience.
Recent customers have highlighted their wonderful experiences with O'Krent Floors. One customer praised the team for their fantastic job and ability to meet short timelines while accommodating all needs. Another customer mentioned that the entire process was simple and straightforward, with knowledgeable staff guiding them from product selection to final installation.
A customer noted that Russell, their sales representative, was very helpful and worked within their budget to replace the pastel blue carpet in their 1970 townhome. They appreciated not feeling pressured to spend more than necessary. The larger LVP samples provided made it easy to match with existing ceramic tiles, resulting in a great final look.
The showroom is large, clean, and well-organized, offering a good selection across different price ranges. Customers have also complimented the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the installation. Even when their floor required more preparation than expected, the installers were communicative and took great care in moving and replacing furniture. They were able to fix creaking stairs, making them feel more solid.
In summary, O'Krent Floors offers a wide range of flooring options, exceptional customer service, and accommodating approaches to installation and post-sale services. Their commitment to addressing customer concerns and delivering high-quality products and services has earned them positive reviews from satisfied customers.
Today I walked in looking for help finding a very difficult texture gym flooring .. The customer service helped me right away and was able to help me locate replacement flooring, outstanding job and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thanks for all your help. !!
We were so pleased with the service we received from Margarita Elizalde at O'Krents! We are a repeat customer, but our need at this time was very small, needing to replace some carpet due to a flood. Margarita was so responsive, and worked with her carpet rep to get us the best possible options at the best pricing. Highly recommend O'Krent Floors and Margarita!
Michael Zimmermann helped me find flooring I had been looking for but had no luck finding. He was the best and provided top tier customer service. Appreciate everything he did and the speed of processing everything. Thanks for the help!
