We selected O’Krent flooring in our recent remodel project and had a wonderful experience. Jason O’Krent helped in our selections and indulged our need to take multiple samples home to aid in our decision. We believe we got a very good price shopping during a sale, but the story does’t stop there. O’Krent stored our flooring awaiting our remodel schedule and accommodated our contractors schedule. This service, after the sale, in my opinion sets them apart from the completion. We also had O’Krent install the flooring to receive their lifetime warranty and their team was above reproach. Mike and O’Krent Floors are fabulous. I’m so happy with my new carpet, it makes my new old house look radiant. Sergio the installer was top notch too. Run, don’t walk, to O’Krent if you need new carpet. Thanks!

After I left an initially bad review for lack of communication on their part, O'Krent Floors reached back to me to investigate what had happened. I was finally able to get a quote on the carpeting I wanted, and several individuals from the business made contact to ensure I was being taken care of. Although it took a while to get the carpet ordered and installed, everyone involved followed through on what they promised. The installation went smoothly, and we are happy with the quality and cost of new carpeting. Thank you.
