This is our second installation with Hicks Carpet. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, everything was handled in a professional, friendly way. We had water damage to our parquet floor. Carlton Hicks worked with our insurance company and was able to get approval to replace the floor in the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and hallways not just the damaged areas. We reviewed a number of floor products and chose a parquet. They also showed us a number of stain options on the actual parquet. As much as we liked our old floor we like the new floor more. Staff was very helpful throughout the process.
