“I have a 100 year old home that had carpet covering the original pine floors. I called Taylor Made Wood Flooring and I am so glad that I did. He came out when he said he would to give me the estimate. These floors looked pretty rough, but he was confident that he could get them looking wonderful. He was great about answering all of my questions and promptly returned any texts I sent when I thought of a few more. Chuck Taylor did a fabulous job on my floors. I am so happy with how they turned out. It is an amazing difference from the way they looked after the carpet was removed. He cleaned up and hauled the old carpet off for me too. He was professional, knowledgeable of his craft, polite, and just a pleasant guy to be around. Chuck came back to fill in some little gaps where my old floors didn't quite reach all the way under my baseboards. That day he even helped me bring some furniture back into the house from my shed. From the moment we stopped by their showroom to see what they could do for our outdated bathroom to the finished job, they have been wonderful to work with. They converted a tired, worn out garden tub to a beautiful, fully handicap-accessible tile shower; added a large linen closed where the shower had been; and replaced the double sinks with beautiful quartz countertops, new sinks and fixtures. The quality of the workmanship is top notch and Carlos, Sue, Alex and Brittany were in constant touch with us to ensure a job well done. We are thrilled with the results.“

If you are building VISIT THEM. Floors can be costly and a trip here in advance is worth your time. Don't find yourself with a redo and a delay. We didn't visit, did need a redo, and they were super helpful in finding the best way forward. The crews they send are great, with pride in their work.“
