Cristian was friendly and helpful, and got me in touch with Cris; I didn’t wake up expecting to buy flooring, and came to look on a lark. Thanks to Cris’ knowledge, attentiveness in answering all my questions and hearing out all my needs as well as indecision, and offer to show me multiple products and any assorted tools/underlayment/finishing boards, I went ahead and signed up for a credit card in store, and upon approval, I’m now going to stop walking on bare concrete in my bedroom! My husband & I walked into Floor & Decor on San Pedro. We felt completely overwhelmed with the amount of choices we needed to make for our remodel. Naomi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the materials we were needing to purchase and get our home project moving forward. We had even come back that evening as they had a July 4th special upcoming and the manager was happy to extend that discount from earlier that day. Totally impressed with the whole F& D team and the customer service. Highly recommend them and will be back as there is always more to be done when remodeling your forever home.
Our 1st time at floor and decor on San Pedro I went in feeling overwhelmed with remodeling questions. ALEX N was who helped us. He took his time and all our remodeling needs were meet. We left extremely happy with everything for our new bathroom! We will definitely be back and highly recommend ALEX and floor and decor!
