Jordan was amazing. I had to cancel a job with Brand X company because their product was woefully substandard. Jordan was low key, made sure I got what I really wanted, and located a crew on ridiculously short notice. The quality of the work is amazing - they probably could have left off the trim between the baseboard and the flooring, the cuts were so accurate. Has transformed the house, and competitively priced. Thanks, RCF!

Recently used River City Flooring to remove carpet and wood flooring throughout my home to replace with LVP. From the first time in the showroom through completion of the project, the service was excellent. Tyler came out to my home to measure and we discussed the samples I picked up from the showroom. He also brought larger pieces of flooring so I could get a better idea of which flooring to choose. He provided multiple estimates on the spot for the different flooring types and gave me time to make a decision.
