He was very knowledgeable with the scope of effort needed to replace the roof on our home. He knew what was needed and how to do the job with minimum impact to my family and me during construction.

UPDATE...
Job was finished on time for Christmas and the owners daughter even made us a cheesecake. We were even provided with carpeting for our walk in closet, which was not on the bid, pleasing my wife to no end.
The best part was when his three person cleaning crew made our house look better than it had in years. Thanks Intensa Dry...“

Bry, the employee, who came to work on my plumbing was very nice, responsive, and friendly. He fixed the issue, and seems like did his best. Cannot speak to the quality of the job because I’m not professional in this area, but the leak from a pipe under the slab in dining room was fixed, and then a new concrete was placed.
Still was not very happy with the “Plumbing report”, that I got from manager, that I need to support my claim with insurance. When dealing with difficult insurance such as in my case, I want the best documentation possible.“

Since I finally got the pictures of the work Peak Performance did for us on our entryway portico, I will do a quick summary of the longer review before I loose this one as well. Renee and his crews did a great job on the portico and other entryway issues we had. Piak Performance painted our entire home as well as replacing 3 outside doors. “Wilco Contractors are AWESOME!!! My husband and I previously received several rejections for a roof replacement on our home. Several roofers came through claiming to have our best interest at heart, but I soon found out the interest was only for their pockets. I had one company to file two claims back-to-back, which did not help my claim filing history. As time passed, and I had conversations with different individuals concerning my roof; I kept hearing the name of A.J. mentioned as someone who is very good in this business, and who is very trustworthy. I truly believe God put A.J. before me, because I heard his name mentioned from at least 3 different people. When I finally contacted A.J, he traveled a distance to my home, listened attentively to my story, and after inspection of my roof, he determined that a roof replacement was definitely in need. I gave him the information to my insurance company, and he told me this company was one with very strict guidelines when it comes to roof replacements. He also told me he would contact the company on my behalf. He said based on his experience with this company, it probably would take some time, but he would help in every way possible. As others had done before, A.J. contacted our insurance company, and sure enough, again our claim was denied. We then requested another inspection where he would meet their inspector to point out and discuss seen areas of concern; again...denied!!! He suggested a public adjuster and/or an apprasial process; so we began the process. AJ. and his son, Camron made several trips to our home, meeting with different people during this process. To make a very long story somewhat shorter; in a nutshell, Wilco Roofing Contractors played a MAJOR part in getting us a beautiful new roof with expert workmanship, and in a timely manner. Let me also add that everything that transpired was done under one (1) claim. We are so thankful for all the time and energy they put forth to make this happen. There is so much more to be said about this attentive, family-oriented company, but if you have continued to read this far, your time has already been far spent. For your main take away, TRUST that this is a company that really cares, is highly experienced, professional, and courteous; and they will go beyond that extra mile to get the help you need.
