SERVPRO of Central and West Plano

Sean & Chance were very professional, friendly, careful, and thorough as they cleaned up a LOT of broken mirror glass that had very unexpectedly fallen and shattered in the master bath. They called ahead before arriving within the promised service window. They worked diligently on the cleanup. They had me inspect the cleanup before they signed off. All good!

Jessica who took my initial call late the night before was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with understanding the need and setting up the appointment. Like Sean & Chance, she is also a top professional.

Will call the people again if the need arises again. Thanks!

Dave, Don and Kole exceeded my expectations with their work ethic. I felt reassured the crisis could be corrected. They measured, took action, measured again, repeated until all were satisfied. Great team!

We had a water leak in our house that spread very quickly. Servpro was there within an hour of us noticing it/creating the insurance claim, and they walked us through every step of the way. They have been prompt, courteous, and informative throughout this stressful experience. They have been very helpful in working with our insurance company. Thank you Dave, Noah, Kyle, Zach, Miguel, and Marcos for helping take care of our house!
