It's been a couple of weeks since Pro Fresh cleaned the carpets in my house, but they left such as strong positive impression on my my family that I had to complete a review. Joshua and his team are very good at cleaning carpets, but they are better at being empathetic humans. They understood our unique requests and accommodated them with such sincerity that it left me shocked.
