got wet and collapsed in two bedrooms and two baths...ARGH
Elnard and his crew have a been awesome. We are almost finished the drying and demo phase and I know they will keep up the great work as we rebuild. I'll post again when the job is completed.
UPDATE...
Job was finished on time for Christmas and the owners daughter even made us a cheesecake. We were even provided with carpeting for our walk in closet, which was not on the bid, pleasing my wife to no end.
The best part was when his three person cleaning crew made our house look better than it had in years. Thanks Intensa Dry...“

Bry, the employee, who came to work on my plumbing was very nice, responsive, and friendly. He fixed the issue, and seems like did his best. Cannot speak to the quality of the job because I’m not professional in this area, but the leak from a pipe under the slab in dining room was fixed, and then a new concrete was placed.
Still was not very happy with the “Plumbing report”, that I got from manager, that I need to support my claim with insurance. When dealing with difficult insurance such as in my case, I want the best documentation possible.“
