From the first call talking with Heather and then Lisa; to them scheduling Larry Keithly to check out where a leak might be coming from. The communication, attention to detail, and professionalism from everyone has been excellent! Larry was able to see what was going on with the roof and gave a very reasonable estimate. He even removed the very old unused satellite dish (that caused the problem) and did a temporary cover over the hole that day!

“Fantastic service. Large live oak removed the same day I called them. Also removed dead Crepe Myrtle and pruned 2 healthy ones. Stump grinding done the next day was very thorough. Not just the stump, but large surface roots as well. Super reasonable cost. They charged me less than some competitors were going to charge for just the large tree. Great Job. Great Price.“

“These days, it can often be a gamble when you hire a company you have never worked with to do repairs on your home. We got bids from several different foundation companies, all of which sounded good. Prices varied somewhat as well as the type of piers recommended. We got the best impression from Metro-Tex after Steve Sutherland came over and did measurements. We liked that as owner of the company he was very hands on, which turned out to be the case as he came out by himself to clear holly bushes in the front flower bed so his crew could start working right away once they arrived to do the work. After the job was completed, he came back and helped me take down two crepe myrtle trees which he said might be a problem down the road. Steve takes great pride in his work and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Should we ever need any more work done, we will certainly use Metro-Tex.“
