“5 stars. I had a washing machine drain leak that caused water damage, and Intensa Dry responded very quickly to the emergency. They got the mitigation started right away and did a great job drying and addressing the affected areas.
Special thanks to Luis, the lead technician, who did a great job helping mitigate the issue and clearly explaining the next steps throughout the process.
They also handled the rebuild afterward, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. The entire process, from the initial emergency response through mitigation and reconstruction, went smoothly. Communication was clear, the work was professional, and everything was completed successfully.
I would definitely recommend Intensa Dry to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration work.”
“Greg and Nicholas were great. We originally had them out just for a low moisture carpet cleaning, but added the premium fiber protector and then decided to add the Microban HVAC treatment while they were already there. They were extremely flexible, paused the carpet cleaning to sequence everything properly, and clearly explained what they were doing along the way. That kind of flexibility to stack and accommodate extras on the spot is rare.
After months of mold remediation and reconstruction, the house finally looks, feels, and smells like a clean home again. They spent about two hours at the property start to finish, and I was comfortable leaving before they were done. Fair and transparent pricing, easy payment through Square, and they even replaced both filters right before they left. Great father and son team and an easy recommendation. No fuss. No frills.”
