“Recently I visited Berkeley Eye Center for the first time. I do not enjoy going to eye doctor appointments. When I walked in the door I was welcomed with a friendly smiling face. The crew made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel rushed while completing my eye exam. They were very patient making sure everything was correct and will work for me. Dr Hilton is the best eye doctor I've come across. He has great energy, patience and very welcoming. I feel like he enjoys what he does. Also Dr. Hilton is very knowledgeable. I will say I have found a new eye doctor.“
“I have been “seeing” Dr Kuo and Dr Bui for years! They are excellent at what they do and I love supporting small, family businesses. I hadn’t been there in a couple of years since my recent visit but I do recall waiting quite a bit last time and this time as well. I would like to see them make appointments based on the time they spend with patients - perhaps space them out a little more rather than having patients wait. I am very particular about time and I do believe it’s disrespectful to waste people’s time. I work in the hospital industry and this is a standard there, too — making people wait. It’s just not ideal. I hope Dr Bui and Dr Kuo will consider stretching appointment times a bit more so that their customers don’t face such a long wait time. Dr Bui and Dr Kuo, thank you for all you do!“
“Dr Pravda is THE absolute best. I've used him for many years. I'm a type 1 diabetic with complicated eye problems. He is better than most opthalmologists. He takes his time- never rushes, and is so caring and kind. I FEAR the day he retires. He is one of a kind & IRREPLACEABLE!!! Thank you Dr Pravda!!!“
