Ive been wearing glasses for 20 years and this has been the best experience Ive ever had. The front desk staff was so kind while I was trying to wrangle my teen and husband for their first eye exams with back to back appts. The female optician was honestly the best! She was so kind and took time to chat and explain things. The girl that helped my husband and I find his first pair of glasses was seriously the best. Again, so kind and helpful! Love love this place and highly recommend!

Pros.... OD assistant (forgot her name)and Optician(Kelsey) are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dr Byrne is professional and gave me a precise refractory examination. In fact her prescription has given me the best progressive lens performance. I highly recommend her.The variety and quality of eyeglasses are stylish.Cons... I had visual field studies as well as an optic nerve examination. It might be the standard of practice that there is another charge for review of the findings via insurance company rules, but I was paying out of pocket for these tests and I hoped to have review of the results without another charge.I also recommend that the staff wear...read full review

Updated: The TSO General Manager reached out to apologize for the experience and to gather details about what happened. He explained this is not how they do business and made a nice offer to my wife to help make up for the experience. A previous incorrect charge was also made right. The rest of the staff at TSO Kingwood was great and Diamond receives a particular shoutout. Original review summary:My wife had a terrible experience due to rude behavior and poor customer service on the part of one individual during billing. Everyone else was nice and the optometrist was fantastic, but not coming back after the terrible treatment.
