The staff are great but the fact you get your prescription from the glasses side send a bit of a high pressure sales tactic. While they tell you how much the frames coverage you have the lenses are highly over priced. I bought 3 extra pairs online for less than half of what they charged me in the store for frames with the same prescription. Plus the fact that my insurance owns vision works which is supposed to be convenient but seems more like being forced to pay their exorbitant prices.
Great experience at Visionworks. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. I also appreciated that they were honest with pricing and didn’t try to overcharge me. Definitely recommend.
The store atmosphere was welcoming. The sales representative gave us our space to where we could look on our own. The only negative thing is their selection is not that great but other than that, all was good.
