I really liked the entire office staff and doctor here at James Eye Associates. Was treated very kind, and they are very professional. Very quick to see the doctor upon arrival, maybe 5 minutes tops. She was very knowledgeable about my contact needs. I've had my last 3 eye exams and fittings elsewhere, and I was not happy with end result. I would highly recommend this office to others seeking a good, country doctor that knows her stuff.

Once I arrived I was greeted by Kathy. Kathy was very friendly and had a welcoming smile. Check in was super easy and fast. I was seen today by Dr. Richter she was amazing! Very professional and explained in details. She took her time and answer all my questions. She honestly loves what she’s doing. After my exam, Kathy explained the process of getting my glasses. The price wasn’t all over the place. Kathy was prepared. She had everything broke down to the T. I definitely recommend James Eye Associates. Excellent customer services and very reasonable prices.

James Eye Associates sets the standard in eye healthcare. My parents are always well taken care of when they come here. Kathy is a very kind and caring person and you can tell that she loves helping people. My daughter, whom is 9, recently became a new patient and Kathy was so good with her. She took her time to help my little pick out frames and explained the process to us in great detail. Kudos to whomever brought Kathy on the team. Thank you so much.
