“I was browsing the store and stopped by vision place to get my glasses tightened. Nancy came by and asked if she could help me. She immediately took my glasses and adjusted them for me. Excellent! Friendly face and confident in her work.”
“As a wee young lad in 1978, I got my first pair of glasses in this building when it was still Texas State Optical. I saw Dr. Warford and Dr. Hutto through the years. I saw Dr. Hutto and the new location on Garth. As the years went by and Dr. Warford and Hutto moved on and eventually passed on, I went to other places, but the revolving door of doctors was frustrating. There was no consistency or continuity of patient-doctor relationship like I had when Dr. Hutto was my main provider. I decided to go back to where it all began. I made an appointment with Dr. Matthews. He was very personable and professional. It was a great experience. The staff was amazing as well. They helped me with trying to figure out my insurance. Sometimes you need to stick with what you know and not try out something new. I am glad I decided to go back.”
“Wow! What a difference; the best service EVER! Loved the way they treated me and my husband. Took their time to make all perfect. Place is so calm and clean. They have the best service, for your eye needs! Glasses were made as needed♡”
